  • Challenge website:   12th November 2021                            
  •  Train data release (release I) : 15th 20th December 3rd 10th January 2021 (Data confidentiality agreement required!!!) 
  •  Participation declaration form (deadline - no extension): 15th January 2022 (Data confidentiality agreement required!!!) - All teams must enter before this date!
  • Summary report  to organisers (starts) : 3rd February, 2022 (sent, please contact if you have not received this yet)
  •  Test data inference I (~20 % data): 20th January 5th  10th 15th February 2022* (You must have submitted your summary report!!!)
  •  Leaderboard setup and submission start: 20th January 7th 17th February, 2022 
  • Summary report  to organisers (deadline): 15th February, 2022     *Round 1 and round 2 elimination starts    
  • Elimination round I announced: 19th February, 2022
  • Test data inference II (50% data): 14th 20th 22th 24th February, 2022  (Round 2 and round 3 starts - your inference codes + checkpoint needs to be uploaded!)
  •  Leaderboard submission closing: 16th 22nd 24th 26th February, 2022 (only two tries allowed)
  • Submit your inference code + checkpoint for round 3 (*Docker submission, up to top 7 teams): 25th February, 2022  (final - only those who pass elimination rounds can re-upload code or send new docker image if they wish to change!)
  • Intend to submit* (abstract+ method on released subset): 25th February 2022 (*all can submit) Link: TBD

  • Decision for paper acceptance:  15th March 2022
  • Spotlight/oral presentation announcement:  20th March 2022
  • Camera-ready paper submission: 20th March 2022
  • The challenge and workshop: 28th March 2022 @IEEE ISBI2022 challenges (Top 2 teams announced!)
  • Notification for joint paper: 14th April 2022

*Docker submission: We will help the teams who want to submit us as container instead of sending the entire code. This is a preferred approach!!!

*Please note that this year we will publish the proceeding as part of IEEE ISBI  workshop CEUR Proceeding. Thanks to the chairs of ISBI 2022 for making this possible. The agreement was not reached due to time constraint!!! So we will be publishing it as online CEUR proceeding as our previous editions.
